Would you like some Coffee with that History?

At 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, the Museum of World Treasures will have a special guest speaker for our Coffee with the Curator program. Iain Woessner, Director of the American Overseas Schools Historical SocietyArchives, will join us to talk about AOSHS and their mission. The Museum is proud to partner with AOSHS in the loan of such items as the Berlin Wall and "Clarence the Crusader."

Coffee with the Curator offers in-gallery talks about our favorite exhibits, topics and historical events. On the last Thursday of every month, join a different staff member or special guest as he or she gives an in-depth lecture on their area of expertise. Enjoy coffee from The Spice Merchant, pastries, and new friendships. Although this is designed for seniors, everyone is welcome to attend this fun and educational program!

This program offers discounted admission. Join us for this special lecture for just $4 per person, which includes full entry to the Museum. This is event is FREE for members. For more information about the Museum or this educational program, call 316.263.1311.

This event is sponsored in part by The Spice Merchant, Wichita's original gourmet coffee roaster!
